Great pizza! The Donair Pizza with sauce on it was really good and the garlic fingers pizza (garlic butter on pizza crust with cheese) was delicious as well. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.
We were looking for a place to eat...most were closed except Recardos. How fortunate for us. Great service, comfortable and clean surroundings, wonderful pizza. Got great advice on sizes...one large pizza is less than two small ones and he did each half to our individual taste. And we had some left to take home. We will be back.. even when other places are open.
A good place to go to for a cheap bite in Lunenburg. We had the garlic fingers with donair sauce and it was amazing!
BEST DONAIR EVER. We ordered 2 large donairs and they came out in a reasonable amount of time. They were hot and fresh, LOTS of donair meat and they gave us a side container filled with the sweet sauce so we could top it ourselves. I still think about this donair and it's been 3 days since eating it..... So good!
Simple the best donair I had this side of Halifax. Super nice staff and atmosphere. Beautiful view of this amazing town. Great portion and if you are hungry you will leave happy.
Great spot to eat on a busy, rainy day in Mahone Bay! We were served promptly and greatly enjoyed our lunch. Lots of room for customers and a HUGE menu of options.
Recardo's is my go to restaurant for donairs. To my taste they easily beat the donair shops in Halifax like King of Donair and Tony's Famous Donair. To have them less than five minutes from my house in Martins River is the icing on the cake. Excellent food and friendly fast service always. Well done Recardo's!!!
A great pizza, although a bit heavy on the sauce for my personal liking. This is my first time ordering here. Grabbing it while working. The works toppings were a great portioned amount compared to most pizza places. They also were very tasty. The crust was very delicious. I had it as take out and it sat in the work truck for 10 minutes after I picked it up. It was still a great temperature and unlike most pizza places it did not make the box soggy or greasy. I'd love to try the Donair pizza next time, and if I order a pizza with traditional sauce I might ask for a light sauce. Again personal preference and my first time dining. Still five stars as everything else checked the boxes. Very impressed. Will bring my partner back and try more items.
